We do accept returns on any ChosenGifts.com item still in its original packaging. Returns are subject to a 15 percent re-stocking fee and do not include original shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged item, we will exchange the item or offer store credit equal to the value of that item. The credit is transferrable and will not expire. If you do receive a broken or damaged item, please do not discard the item, as we will arrange for it to be returned to our warehouse.
If an item is drop-shipped, there may be additional return challenges. Unwanted products (standard returns) would require the purchaser to return the item to the drop-shipper at his/her own expense, plus a 15 percent restocking fee. If the item cannot be returned to its original location, we will accept the return. Please contact customer service to make arrangements.
If you receive a damaged item via drop-ship, the item will be replaced by the drop-shipper at no additional cost to the purchaser.
